By using high volume scanners with perfect page technology (Deskewing, Despekling, and other image processing that can make the scanned images even better that original) which can be imported to almost any document management system.
Indexing:
Customize SPS software where it can automatically read unlimited document character file names to name your document for easy retrieval and access. Examples are:
Job Number, Customer Name, Customer Number; Date and …etc.
We perform both visual and automated computer checks on all scanned and indexed images to ensure the quality of our work.
